imper003.jpg (8056 bytes)The Multi-Port Gauge Valve offers flexibility of design for multiple applications. With one male NPT inlet and three female NPToutlets, this valve can perform various functions required in instrument installation. Starting with gauge isolation, the additional ports can be used to install bleed plugs, purge lines, temperature probes or pressure switches. For field service, these ports now become gauge calibration access ports for in-line gauge calibration. Other applications include pressure transmitter installation as well as root valves for mounting D/P transmitters.

REDUCED LEAK POINTS
By integrating multiple ports into one component you significantly reduce the number of leak points usually required for instrument installation.

COST SAVINGS
At installation, the multipolar design saves parts and labor. At service time, the extra access port can serve as a calibration port to streamline field service reducing maintenance cost.

RODDABLE DESIGN
The soft-seat version has a straight through design which makes it fully roddable.

LONG BODY AVAILABLE
More common configurations are available with a "long neck" design to allow up to 4" of pipe installation.

EASILYSERVICED
Packing can be easily adjusted simply by tightening packing nut or even be replaced without disassembling the valve.

SAFETY FEATURES
Bonnet locking pin prevents the possibility of the bonnet loosening during actuation, while a positive stop eliminates the possibility of stem back-out.
