WORLD'S QUICKEST AND EASIEST
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
To assemble tubing into the
OmegaFlo'" fitting, just push the tubing into the
fitting and the leakproof connection is made. Disassembly
is achieved by pushing in the fitting's release collar.
This disengages the gripper collet and allows the tubing
to be pulled out. It's that simple. Push it's connected-,
push/pull - it's disconnected.
ABSOLUTE RELIABILITY
Positive sealing is assured by
an oversized nitrile O-ring ample to seal completely,
even on minor tubing grooves or striations. All-brass
construction eliminates possible failures of plastic
parts; there are none.
UNEQUALLED HOLDING POWER
Patented design features a
cold-worked body which captures the gripper collet and
prevents blow-out. Even soft copper tubing can be held
and used up to its full working pressure. In most sizes,
OmegaFlo'" will even burst copper tubing without a
tubing failure.
NO TUBING TWIST
The gripper collet and tubing
are free to rotate within the fitting body. It the tube
is rotated, it will not twist or weaken.
CLOSE QUARTERS MOUNTING
CAPABILITY
Straight male connectors have an
internal hex which permits tightening with an Allen
wrench (except 1/8" O.D. x male pipe sizes),
eliminating the need for external wrench clearance.
SWING CLEARANCE PROBLEMS ELIMINATED
Elbows and tees are available with an
integral swivel at the male pipe end. This allows the
pipe thread to be tightened without rotating the elbow or
tee. It also permits the pipe thread to be tightened
without worry about where the other end of the fitting
will point, as it can be rotated into position after the
pipe thread is tight.
CLOSE-CENTERLINE CAPABILITY FOR AIR
LOGIC APPLICATIONS
Miniaturized straight fittings
with 10/32 straight thread ends can be used in close
stacking applications, such as manifolds, with .406"
centerline spacing. These fittings can be tightened with
a standard ignition wrench, or with an Allen wrench.
