General Information
The SensoControl hand-held measuring device SCM-300 is
a service and diagnostic device to record pressure,
temperature, flow, current and voltage.
The system is packed with features, yet is easy to
operate and rugged. The housing is resistant to most
fluids.
An LCD display shows the measured values with units in
an easy-to-read form. 3 parameters can be recorded
simultaneously.
Consistent operation is guaranteed
through a constant monitoring of the battery level. The
current battery level is shown after the device has been
switched on.
Saving measured values
The handmeter has a memory to record up to 5
separate sets of measurement data. Independent setting of
the recording parameters is possible for each data set,
optimizing the memory area used, with dynamic storage
commitment (IDSR). The display shows the current memory
status. Stored data is retained even when the unit is
switched off. Longer term measurements are as easy to
record as the fast changes that are experienced in modern
hydraulic systems. Date, time and set parameters are
automatically stored with recorded data for documentation
and later identification of the measurements.
Output of measured data
The SCM-300 offers a variety of output possibilities.
A mini thermal-printer can be directly connected to the
hand-held measuring device for local documentation and
evaluation of curves. The printout is all 3-channels and
includes all set parameters for the measurement.
A memory-card can be used as an external memory if
large data sets have to be recorded.
Parker offers software which runs under WindowsO for
presentation, evaluation and editing on a PC. This opens
up new possibilities in hydraulic measurement
engineering. The fast and economical documentation and
verification of data is possible under a variety of
conditions and locations.
