Hernon offers complete support for dispensing all adhesive products. Automatic, semi-automatic, and fully automated production dispensing equipment types are available. Systems are designed to suit your specific needs based upon workpiece geometry, line flow and production rates, adhesive cure cycles, and the integration of primers and activators as required.

Controlled dispensing maximizes the economy of adhesive usage. Hand application, with the human variabilities involved, may consume two or three times the actual amount of material needed.

While all Hernon packaging has been designed to maximize hand dispensing control, the basic element of bottle squeezing is still present.

Dispensing engineering requires a full knowledge of the nature of the adhesives involved in the process. Materials suitable for one product may pose contamination threats to other chemistries. The composition of all the components of the dispensing system are harmonized to deliver the right amount of adhesive with full confidence and reliable operation.
